Order Policies

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after order has been placed and subject to availability. Our Shipping Department will contact you if any items are on back order. All packages will be sent either U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground. Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

All orders within the continental United States will be shipped either U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground Service. Domestic shipments to Hawaii and/or Alaska will be shipped via U.S. Postal Priority Service or UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and/or 3rd Day Air.

Free shipping for merchandise purchased over $200.00 applies only to domestic shipments excluding Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Shipments to the excluded locations will incur an increase in shipping fees due to the weight of package(s).

Standard International Delivery Policy

All orders shipped outside of the United States will be subject to the following additional charges and will be shipped via International Priority Service (7-10 Days service):

International Shipping

Canada & Mexico Shipping Charge: $26.00

All other Countries: $45.00

All prices listed are in United States currency.

Please note that we will contact you via email to advise of the additional costs for international shipping and will invoice you separately for the additional charges once we receive your order. Orders will only be shipped once these additional charges are paid.

Express Delivery Policy

U.S. Postal Priority Service 2-3 Day Service and/or UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day select shipping is available within the continental United States, however prices will vary depending on the weight of the package(s). Please call us for details at (516) 433-6341.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on cut goods such as tulle, laces, ribbons, trimmings, or any of our personalized items (these items are cut when order is placed). We will only honor a return or exchange on personalized items if it was printed incorrectly and is different from what the customer specifically requested on order form.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the State of New York unless a New York State Resale Tax number is provided.

Colors

Please note that every effort has been made to fully represent the colors you see in our color chart. However, please understand that the colors you see are only representative and may vary in shade depending on which browser and/or monitor resolution settings you have on your computer.

Due to circumstances beyond our control and dye lot changes by manufacturers, we cannot guarantee exact color matches or the dye lots of any item we sell. We also can not guarantee that colors of different sizes will exactly match each other. We make no warranties or guarantees as to dye ability, color-fastness, shrinkage or wash ability.
